  • Add "Shrink One Page" to Quick Access Toolbar
  • Right-click toolbar > Customize Quick Access Toolbar
  • Select "More Commands"
  • Choose "All Commands"
  • Find and add "Shrink One Page"
  • Click the new button to automatically condense document
